Discover The West View Way...
Since 1962, when West View began the mission of providing healthcare for residents, the growing financial gap of cost versus reimbursement has only expanded. During the first 60 years, it was rare for West View to ask for financial support from the community. The impact the pandemic has had on healthcare and senior communities coupled with the rising cost of operations, it has become vital to actively solicit donations to uphold the quality of care our residents and their families have grown to expect. Raising additional funds will make a significant difference to ensure the lives and wellness of those we serve today and benefit future generations.
Gifting
As we continue our efforts to improve the lives of our residents, we are excited to introduce a new way for you to contribute and make a lasting impact, donations recognizing a special employee or caregiver who has made an impact on your loved while during their time at West View Healthy Living. These can be one-time gifts or recurring donations set up through our website, www.wvhl.healthcare. Every dollar contributes to vital aspects of our residents' lives.
Chaplaincy Fund
As a Christian based facility, West View Healthy Living can support our residents’ spiritual health and well-being. Having a full-time pastor on campus not only enhances the overall quality of our residents’ daily life, but it also offers much-needed spiritual resources in times of personal crisis. This fund was created to support our pastoral program on campus to help meet our resident’s needs.
Employee Education Fund
We strive to provide the best care we can. The Employee Education Fund supports West View staff to pursue learning opportunities designed to help them acquire new knowledge, skills, and competencies which would enable them to perform their jobs more effectively or continue their education in the healthcare field.
Memorial Donation
Honor Memories and Lives
By making a gift to West View Healthy Living in honor of someone important to you or in memory of a loved one who has passed away, you pay tribute to their spirit with a lasting impact. Your gift will benefit the program or initiative of your choice and is 100% tax-deductible. You can also request that charitable gifts be made in memory of a loved one.
Resident Experiences
West View Healthy Living strives to meet the individual needs of each person entrusted with our care. Residents are able to share their bucket list items with various staff members, and we coordinate to grant them one more dream from their list. Our goal is to create lasting memories for those we serve as well as their families, following the mission and vision of West View Healthy Living.
Irvin Family Benevolent Care Endowment
The Benevolent Care Fund helps our residents who have been good financial stewards; yet have outlived their resources and can no longer afford the services or care they need. Following West View’s mission and vision, it’s about care and compassion, instilling peace of mind, and knowing the community you’ve come to call home is here for you – through thick or thin.
